Macarthur palm prefers partial shade. Protect it from direct sunlight; it may scorch the leaves.
WATER
Water it thoroughly and let the excess water drain out of the pan. Once the plant is watered, allow one to two inches of soil to dry out before watering it again.
HUMIDITY
Misting it every once a while sets the ideal humid condition for your palm to thrive.
TEMPERATURE
The palm isn’t tolerant of drought and cold but will grow well at room temperature.
TOXICITY
It’s a harmless species that can have children and pets around it without posing any harm.
EXTRA LOVE
Prune it carefully as needed, but avoid damaging the roots and the lower trunk.
