All our pots are black planter pots (unless stated) and they come in different sizes based on the plant’s variety. You can see the exact size in plant description section.
Can I gift a plant to a friend?
Yes, we also do provide a personalized gift message option which you can leave in the notes section during checkout or email us separately after placing an order.
How can I order multiple plants to different addresses?
You will need to create a separate order for each address.
How soon can I expect my delivery?
We take 3 to 5 business days to prepare and ship to your current address. A confirmation email is sent to you as soon the plant is shipped. A quick delivery to our customers with a healthy plant is our utmost priority.
How to track my order status?
We keep you updated by sending emails and in case you need to follow up, you can drop us an email to know more about you order status. 100% delivery is guaranteed in 3- 5 business days.
How can I change/cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped, we will try our best to accommodate any changes to your existing order. Email us with the information at email@example.com.
Do you offer same day delivery?
Unfortunately, no. But you can email us to request and we will try to accommodate as much as possible.
Can I order plants in bulk for a large area or event?
Yes, absolutely. All you have to do is send us an email and we will arrange it for you.
What payment type do you accept?
We would be happy to accept PayPal, Credit card, and Bank deposits.

Do you ship outside Metro Manila?
Currently, we are shipping only in Metro Manila. But we hope to expand soon!
How do I care for my plant?
Everything you need to know about caring for your plant will be included in the care guide we will be sending virtually. However, it’s good to still observe how your plants will react to your care. If you have any concerns, you may email us at email@example.com.
We are still accepting requests for physical copies alongside your greeting cards for gifts. Kindly just indicate it in the notes section during checkout.
I am unable to find a plant I need on your website. What should I do?
Shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can look for that plant in our nursery. Most of the times we have been able to help our customers in such cases.
Do you sell seeds or only plants?
We only sell plants.
Cannot decide on the plant without visiting a nursery?
We are happy to arrange a visit to our nursery and help you in deciding with your selection process. You can get a tour to see the different varieties of plants and the way we grow them.
Can I order my plant in different pot?
Yes, you can. Go through the planters’ section in our website and you can find some intriguing planting baskets to choose from.
Why do some plants look different than photos?
Every plant has its own charm and uniqueness. Each differ in the way they look, similar to human beings. Also, seasons and climate adds beautiful changes in each plant and thereby giving it a distinctive look. Hence, it’s unjustifiable to compare plants with photos.
Can you transfer plants to my own planter?
Yes, we can transfer our plants to your own planters. Just let us know before delivery so we can prepare the materials that we need.
