Place it at a south-facing window with bright, indirect sunlight. You can also move it outdoors since it loves full sunlight.
WATER
Water it once weekly if it’s out in the full sun, or watch out if it’s wrinkly. Give time for the soil to dry before watering. A cactus can tolerate underwatering more than overwatering – so when in doubt, DO NOT WATER.
HUMIDITY
Native to the desert habitats, cactus prefer low moisture conditions to grow.
TEMPERATURE
Cactus can tolerate most temperatures as long as it is dry, but being a desert-native plant, it would prefer warmer temperatures.
TOXICITY
Although they’re not toxic to humans or animals, ingestion may cause irritation. Keep them out of reach of children and pets.
EXTRA LOVE
If you’re keeping it indoors, it would like sunbaths every once in a while. Also, feeding it cacti fertilizer every growing season will make sure it stays healthy. Standard fertilizers don’t always work well with desert cacti.
